چکیده

6.7 GHz methanol masers are the brightest of class II that regarded as excellent signposts in formation young massive stars. We present here a molecular line study 68 maser hosts chosen from MMB catalogue, have MALT90 data available. performed (1) pixel-by-pixel 9 sources high signal-to-noise ratio and (2) statistical taking into account entire sources. estimated column densities abundances N$_2$H$^+$(1-0), HCO$^+$(1-0), HCN(1-0) HNC(1-0) lines. The derived found to be congruence with typical values towards mass star forming regions. density abundance ratios between these species an attempt unveil evolutionary stage HCN HNC increase N$_2$H$^+$ HCO$^+$ decline source evolution, suggested by chemical models. A survey of the 6.7 GHz methanol maser emission from IRAS sources

We present an analysis of the 6.7 GHz methanol maser data taken with the 32 m Toruń telescope during recently completed survey of IRAS based sample of star formation sites. Methanol masers are associated with 13% of the sources in the sample. The mean detection rate slightly increases with the IRAS flux density quality measurements. It is 62% for sources with the 60 μm flux density, F60 > 104 J...

A search for 85.5- and 86.6-GHz methanol maser emission

We have used the Australia Telescope National Facility Mopra 22m millimetre telescope to search for emission from the 6 −2-7−1 E (85.5-GHz) and 72-63 A − (86.6GHz) transitions of methanol. The search was targeted towards 22 star formation regions which exhibit maser emission in the 107.0-GHz 31-40 A + methanol transition, as well as in the 6.6-GHz 51-60 A + transition characteristic of class II...

ATLASGAL — Environments of 6.7 GHz methanol masers

Using the 870-μm APEX Telescope Large Area Survey of the Galaxy (ATLASGAL), we have identified 577 submillimetre continuum sources with masers from the methanol multibeam (MMB) survey in the region 280 < l < 20; | b | < 1.5. 94 per cent of methanol masers in the region are associated with sub-millimetre dust emission. We estimate masses for ∼450 maser-associated sources and find that methanol m...

VLBA imaging of a periodic 12.2 GHz methanol maser flare in G9.62+0.20E

The class II methanol maser source G9.62+0.20E undergoes periodic flares at both 6.7 and 12.2 GHz. The flare starting in 2001 October was observed at seven epochs over three months using the VLBA at 12.2 GHz. High angular resolution images (beam size ∼ 1.7 x 0.6 mas) were obtained, enabling us to observe changes in 16 individual maser components. It was found that while existing maser spots inc...

The 6 - GHz methanol multibeam maser catalogue II : Galactic longitudes 6 ◦ to 20 ◦

We present the second portion of an unbiased survey of the Galactic plane for 6668MHz methanol masers. This section of the survey spans the longitude range 6◦ to 20◦. We report the detection of 119 maser sources, of which 42 are new discoveries. The masers are tightly constrained to the Galactic plane, with only four outside a latitude range of ±1◦. This longitude region includes the brightest ...
